Naughty Nights: Tips on Female masturbation

  1. Get yourself in the mood for masturbation.
Relax as much as you can.Take a warm bath or have a glass of wine. Ensure your privacy: turn off the phone, lock the door, send the kids to a neighbor’s. Find a comfy position. Most women start out lying on their backs, legs bent and spread apart, with feet on the ground. Remove most or all of your clothing.
  2. Fantasize for masturbation.
Recall an exciting past sexual encounter or elaborate on a favorite sexual fantasy. If you need a boost, look at a sexy magazine, read an erotic story, or watch an adult video. Allow your mind to explore any images–anything goes as long as it heightens your excitement.
  3. Explore all parts of your body.
Run your hands along parts of your body, lingering along areas that are more responsive to touch than others. Look at your genitals in a mirror (especially if you’re unfamiliar with them) and caress the different parts to see what feels especially good. Find and touch your inner and outer labia, your clitoris, your vagina and your perineum.
  4. Touch yourself.
Using one or two fingers, rhythmically stroke the different parts of your vulva, paying particular attention to your clitoris and labia. Experiment with different types of pressure, speed and motion. Try placing a finger on either side of the clitoris and stroking up and down, or placing two fingers on the clitoral hood and rubbing in a circular motion.
  5. Experiment.
Try different types of touch: stroke, tickle, knead, pinch, or lightly pull your genitals. Try using one or several fingers, the palm of your hand, even your knuckles.
  6. Build up excitement.
Learn to hold onto sexual excitement by building up and then reducing or temporarily stopping the stimulation. Pay attention to how your body is responding. It will tell you the particular stroke that feels best and when to pick up or slow down the tempo.
  7. Breathe and rock.
Breathe deeply rather than hold your breath. This helps release the sexual energy, rather than fight it. Rock your pelvis as you would during intercourse. Rhythmically clench and release your PC muscle (using a dildo for vaginal penetration can help).
  8. Getting over the top.
If your hand gets tired, give yourself a rest, switch hands, or try a vibrator. If you’re on the brink of orgasm, but can’t quite get over the hump, try altering you’re breathing, or focusing on a really hot fantasy. Give yourself extra stimulation: caress your nipples, or try also thrusting your other fingers or a dildo in and out of your vagina.
  9. Ride the Wave.
As you begin to orgasm, continue the stimulation through the orgasm. Lighten up on the stimulation during the first extremely sensitive moments but keep it going to enjoy those little pleasurable aftershocks. Your first orgasm may feel like a blip or a blast, but the more you practice, the more variety you will experience.
  10. Practice makes for perfect masturbation.
Don’t worry if you don’t come on your first try, keep practicing, or try some of the variations below.
  1. Vibrators take some of the manual labor out of masturbation by providing direct, intense physical stimulation to the clitoris.
  2. Water helps many women learn to masturbate. Lie back with legs spread in a bath with a shower hose and direct the stream of water at your clitoris. Vary the pressure, the pulsation, and the temperature. Alternate methods: slide your butt over the drain so your legs are up in the air and your genitals are up under the tub faucet (rather awkward but do-able), or use Jacuzzi jets.
  3. Rub against something–a pillow, the corner of some furniture, a dildo.
  4. Dildos can be a pleasurable accompaniment to clitoral masturbation, as they offer the fullness of penetration and can also stimulate the G-Spot.

Naughty Nights: Masturbation Myths

Before you heard something about masturbation, think twice! chances are it could be a myth… its perfectly normal and natural to masturbate

Masturbation Is For the Young

In fact, masturbation is a life long sexual activity. Surveys regularly show that anywhere from 70 to 95% of adult men and women masturbate. And while this may slow down as we age, many of us continue masturbating into our golden years. One survey of 800 adults over 60 found that that 46% of them masturbated, another found that 20% of seniors masturbated once a week or more. Masturbation isn’t just for the young, nor is it an “immature” form of sexual behavior.

Masturbation Isn’t “Real Sex”

Masturbation is real sex. When you masturbate you can get really aroused, which can result in very real orgasms. In North America, we put values on different sexual behaviors, but this has no basis in science. From a health perspective, masturbation is as “real” a sexual behavior as intercourse, oral sex, or kissing. And research shows that people in relationships masturbate, which contradicts the myth that masturbation is only for loners.

Masturbation Is Bad For Your Health

This myth originated with an anti-masturbation tract that was written in 1712 as a way to sell a bogus “tonic” that was supposed to stop the disease of “self-pollution”. Through the years there have been many colorful attempts to pathologize masturbation. They say it will make you go blind, it will give you acne, and it will grow hair on your palms. All claims that have been refuted by science. Today virtually all physicians and scholars agree that masturbation is harmless.

Men Have to Masturbate, Women Don’t

While most statistics show that men do masturbate more than women, there is no evidence to suggest this is due to some biological “need” on the part of men to masturbate. What is true is that social attitudes toward female masturbation are much more negative, and this likely impacts both women’s early masturbation and their willingness to report masturbating in a survey. There is no research to suggest that the desire to masturbate is tied to biological sex or even gender.

People In Relationships Don’t Masturbate

This common myth often drives people in relationships to masturbate in private hiding it from their partners. Survey research shows that people of all ages masturbate when they are in relationships. Kinsey’s survey found that almost 40% of men and 30% of women in relationships masturbated. A study of Playboy readers found that 72% of married men masturbated, and a study of Redbook readers found that 68% of married women masturbated.

Too Much Masturbation Is Bad For You

With very rare exceptions, frequent masturbation is not harmful. If an individual is compulsively masturbating or is unable to engage in any sexual behavior other than masturbation (and would like to), it is possible that there may be reason to consult a mental health professional. But masturbating, whether it is once a month, or three times a day, if it is part of a balanced sexual and social life, poses no specific risks.

Only Certain Kinds of People Masturbate

Survey research debunks this myth that only certain people masturbate. Whether you are 19 or 99, religious and conservative or secular and liberal, whether you are a parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt, whether you get around on your own two legs or use a wheelchair, scooter, crutches, or roller-skates to get around, almost everyone has masturbated at some point in their lives, and most of us continue to do so.

Naughty Nights: How to give your man an excellent blow job

Picture 33

Hello my sexy jalebis!!! As promised I would post those random tips on how to give your man a better blow job or if you aren’t comfortable with the idea, maybe reading these tips will help you… always play it safe with sex folks!

Kiss your guy to let him know something special is coming. I like to scratch the back of his neck a little with my nails and pull down a little on his lower lip with my teeth, but it’s your choice what you do.

2.     Press your body against his and run your fingers slowly down his chest while still maintaining eye contact. Grasp his penis in your hand and start stroking it softly; pretend like your hand is your mouth.

Trail a line of kisses down his body while still stroking until you find yourself on your knees. Yes there’s a million ways you can give a blow job, but there’s something men like about seeing you on your knees in front of them.

Continue stroking while moving your lips around his hips, thighs and anywhere else you want as long as you stay away from his penis. This will drive him wild and make him wonder when you’re finally going to get to the main event.

Start by slowly running your tongue around the tip of his penis. Slowly take just the tip into your mouth, applying a little suction with your mouth. Keep your hand on the base and apply some pressure as you suck. Even if you’re not capable of deep throating he’ll get the feeling.

6.    Move your mouth down his penis and slowly remove your hand as you take him a little deeper. If you have a sensitive gag reflex, keep your hand stroking.

Mix things up by stroking his hips, ass and balls as you keep sucking. The more adventurous of us can even grab his ass while giving a blow job. Take a few seconds to look up him while you’re on his knees and he’ll think you’re a goddess. Take a few seconds to pull away from him and whisper something and he’ll think you’re better than a goddess.

8.    Pull back slightly so he thinks you’re about to stop the blow job and then very, very lightly scrape your teeth against the underside of his penis. All the experts say to never use your teeth, but I’ve never found a guy who didn’t love the feel of a little extra pressure during a blow job.

9.    Spend some time licking the sides of the penis instead of constantly sucking the shaft. There are thousands of nerve endings and sucking only hits a percentage of those. Try applying a little extra pressure right underneath the head. Vary the pressure to drive him wild and so he won’t know what’s coming next.

Decide where you want him to come and move your body. If you want to swallow, stay where you are and start speeding things up. If you’re squeamish about swallowing, move back to using just your hands so he’ll know what he needs to do.
